Dr. Song is currently the President of Tsinghua Holding Co., Ltd., Chairman of THVC and Deputy Secretary-general of Tsinghua University. He was previously holding several management positions in Tsinghua University such as Director of Student's Affairs, Director of R&D Management Office. Dr. Song holds a PhD from Tsinghua University.
Dr. Yang is President and a Managing Director of THVC with experience that's impressive. Prior to joining THVC, he was the Vice President of China SinoSoft Group and was the Consultant at Mckinsey & Company (China). Previously, he held the position of President of Beijing Stone Investment Co., Ltd. and CEO of Hong Kong Stone Electronic Technology (HK409) during Stone's emergence as China's leading IT company. His experiences span in enterprises management, strategy planning, company restructuring and M&A. It's this global extensive experience that Dr. Yang uses to lead THVC's professionals to make decision and guide portfolio companies to success. Dr. Yang holds a PhD from Tsinghua University. Dr. Yang is also 1997 Eisenhower Fellow.

Mr. Cao is currently the CFO of THVC. He joined THVC in 2000 after about 20 years as an executive in financial management in Chinese and overseas companies. Mr. Cao's previous experiences include serving as Chief Accountant in Capital Steel (Hong Kong) Holding Ltd. He brings a keen understanding of international and local accounting rules and financial management and control. As an excellent financial expert, Mr. Cao has been actively involved in corporate finance in both China and Asia for more than 20 years.

Mr. Zhang, a veteran in private equity investment of 5 years and financial investment of more than 10 years, joined THVC in 2000 and now acts as Investment Director. His previous experiences include holding CFO of a start-up company, responsible for the company’s financial management and fundraising, and being the manager of Investment Bank Department of Bejing Yihexingye Financial Advisory Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhang also held the position of manager in Assets Management Department in China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. and regional manager of Dadi Futures. Being one of the earliest professionals in VC industry in mainland of China, Mr. Zhang is keen on company valuation, investment and project management. He has applied his substantial experiences in private equity investment and finance analysis to many young companies after he joined THVC. He holds a Master of Finance from Tsinghua University.

Randy joined THVC in 2003 with more than 7 years experiences in Telecommunication industry. Randy is involved in deal sourcing, portfolio management and exit in TMT fields. He began his career in Lucent Technologies Qingdao Ltd. as a system engineer. Later he worked as a project leader at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs in Indian Hill and then as a technical marketing manager for Qingdao branch. Before joining THVC, he took several positions in China Netcom in technical management, marketing and sales. Randy graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and held a MBA from Peking University.

Charles joined THVC in 2004. Recently he worked in China Grand Inc., responsible for investment, M&A, portfolio management, and providing IPO and fundraising services for portfolio companies. Prior to that, he worked in Southwest Securities Co., Ltd. as a project manager in Investment Bank Department. Charles has abundant experiences in financial analysis, valuation and M&A. After he joined THVC, Charles focuses on the companies and looking for investment opportunities in Pharmacy areas. Charles is a graduate of People's University of China (MBA).
Ms. Min Han, Erica

Before joining THVC in 2004, Erica worked in Shanghai Borun Investment Co., Ltd. Previously, she worked in China International Capital Corporation Limited and responsible for financial performance and industry investment analysis. With her professional knowledge in finance and keen understanding in industry, Ms. Han is now responsible for the industry analysis work. Ms. Han is a graduate from Tsinghua University with an IMBA degree.
Ms. Danni Liu, Amber
Legal Counsel
Amber joined THVC in 2003. Prior to that, Amber was an associate in Broad & Bright Law Firm and mainly focus on corporate and finance area. With her experiences in legal practice in M&A, corporate restructure and foreign direct investment, Amber is now responsible for legal affairs of the company and providing legal advices for investment decisions. Ms. Liu graduated from the Law School of Jilin University and also held a L.L.M degree from University of New South Wales, Australia.
